About Return and Exchange
1. The customer who isn’t satisfied with our products, please contact us by email or contact our online sales within 72H to make application of “return or exchange” since you sign for your goods. Overdue, this item is not available.
2. There won’t be any restocking fee charged for exchange, but clients may have to bear the shipping fee. we do not refund the price difference if you exchanged lower priced products. For refund cases, the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. But if it is our fault, you get full refund. After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.
3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.

And when you ship out the items, please send us the picture and email the tracking number to us also.Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we’ll further inspect the items and your refund will be processed.
7. Exchange products would be shipped again in 3-5 working days.

For lace wigs bought from our website, if any need, we can provide cleaning, maintenance and repair one time within three months.The Repair Service Includes:

3. Replacing lace or elstic bands
